Movoa sells monthly and yearly subscriptions to an AI video generator. This page says when a payment can be refunded and what happens when a video job fails. It forms part of the Terms of Service; plan contents are on the pricing page and the about page.
If it is your first subscription payment to Movoa, monthly or yearly, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the charge as long as the plan has seen light use: less than 10% of that period's fast credits spent, and the unlimited models used for trying the service out rather than for volume. We decide by looking at the account's job history. When we approve it, the payment is refunded, the subscription ends straight away and the remaining fast credits are removed.
Renewal charges are not refunded because you did not use the plan; cancelling before the renewal date is how to avoid one. We do refund, in full or in part:
These are handled in fast credits, not money, and need no request:
A clip that finished but did not turn out the way you hoped is not a failed job; try another prompt, another photo or another model.
Cancel in Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal without refunding the current period, and the plan keeps working until that period ends.
An account suspended or closed for breaking the Terms — including automation, reselling or account sharing — is not refunded for the current period.
Email support@movoa.ai from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge and a line on what went wrong. We reply within 3 business days. Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank; a dispute freezes the payment and usually takes longer than a refund.
Approved refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. Your bank typically shows the money 5–10 business days after we issue it.
