Terms of Service

The rules for using Movoa, an AI video generator — accounts, acceptable use, paid plans, what unlimited covers, how the relaxed queue works, cancellation and liability.

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Movoa when you use movoa.ai. Using the site, with or without an account, means you accept them.

About Movoa

Movoa is an AI video generator run by a sole proprietor. You can reach us at support@movoa.ai; a person reads it on business days. The about page lists the models and plans these terms refer to.

What the service does

Movoa turns a text prompt, or a photo you upload, into a short video clip using third-party AI video models. The models on offer, their settings, plan contents and prices can change; the generator and the pricing page always show what is current.

The models behind it

Movoa does not build its own video models. Each job is sent, through API services that route our requests, to the company that makes the model you picked, such as MiniMax, xAI, Google or ByteDance. Movoa is independent of those companies and is not endorsed by them; their model names are used only to say which model made a clip. If a provider changes, limits or retires a model, we may switch to another route for the same model or withdraw it from the generator.

Who can use Movoa

You must be at least 18. If you open an account, keep its email current and its sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens on it. One account belongs to one person.

Acceptable use

These rules cover everything you put in — prompts, uploaded photos — and everything that comes out.

Content you may not create or upload

  1. Sexual content. Nudity, sexual acts or sexually suggestive material of any kind, and any intimate or sexualised depiction of a real person.
  2. Anything sexualising or endangering minors, in any style, including animated or illustrated, or anyone who looks under 18.
  3. Real people without their consent. Animating a photo of someone who has not agreed to it; deepfakes that put words or actions in a real person's mouth; impersonating a person, brand, official body or news outlet; synthetic footage presented as a real event.
  4. Violence and harm. Graphic gore, torture or death; content that promotes or incites violence, terrorism or self-harm; instructions for weapons.
  5. Hate and harassment. Content attacking people for race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation; threats, bullying, doxxing.
  6. Other people's rights. Copyrighted characters, footage, music, logos or trademarks you have no right to use. You must own or have permission for every photo you upload.

Use you may not make of the service

Getting around filters, limits or the queue; jailbreak prompts; scraping; running jobs through scripts, bots or browser automation; sharing, renting or reselling an account; overloading or probing the infrastructure; and passing off generated video as real footage where that would mislead people about something that matters.

Enforcement

Prompts and uploads go through automated filters and through each model provider's own moderation, and flagged or reported cases may be reviewed by a person. Depending on how serious a breach is and whether it repeats, we may block a job before it runs, delete output, warn you, pause features such as the relaxed queue, or close the account. A job blocked or removed for breaking these rules is not refunded, in credits or money. Content involving the sexual abuse of children, terrorism or non-consensual intimate imagery leads to immediate closure without warning, and we preserve and report it to the authorities and to NCMEC where the law requires. You may appeal a closure once by writing to support@movoa.ai.

Reporting

Send reports of rule-breaking content to support@movoa.ai with "Report" in the subject, plus a link or screenshot. Put "Urgent" in the subject for anything involving a minor or non-consensual intimate imagery; those are handled first. We keep the reporter's identity private. If a video uses your likeness or your copyrighted work without permission, the same address reaches us and we take the content down while we look into it.

Your videos

Between you and Movoa, the videos you generate are yours to use, subject to these terms, to the law and to any conditions the model provider attaches to its output. Videos made on a paid plan may be used commercially. AI video can look real, so you are responsible for how you publish it — including labelling it as AI-generated where a platform or the law asks you to — and for checking that a clip does not infringe someone else's rights before you use it.

We need a limited permission to store, process and show your inputs and videos back to you in order to run the service, and to review them when they are flagged or reported. We do not use them to train models or put them in public galleries.

Free lane

The free lane runs the model it names on the generator at no charge: one clip without an account, then as many as you like on a free account. Free clips use the lowest resolution the model offers here, and wait in a shared queue that runs one job at a time per visitor. A free account has no credit balance; every other model and resolution comes with a paid plan. We may change or pause the free lane, or limit a visitor who is plainly abusing it.

Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, at the price shown on the pricing page when you check out. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of every billing period until you cancel. If we raise a plan's price, the new price applies from your next renewal after we have emailed you about it, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Prices may exclude taxes that apply where you live.

Each plan comes with:

  • Unlimited models — the models listed for the plan on the pricing page, with no monthly cap (see the next section).
  • Fast credits — a balance for every other model. The generator shows the credit cost of a job before you run it, and a job that fails is returned to your balance automatically. How long fast credits stay valid is shown on the pricing page and in your account.
  • Concurrency — how many jobs may run at once, stated per plan on the pricing page.

Unlimited plans and the relaxed queue

"Unlimited" on Movoa means this: on a paid plan, the models listed as unlimited for that plan have no monthly limit on how many clips you make, and making them does not use fast credits. Other models are not unlimited and always use fast credits.

How fast unlimited jobs run is managed as follows:

  • Each plan includes a full-speed allowance. While it lasts, unlimited jobs run at full priority.
  • Once it is used, new unlimited jobs go to the relaxed queue. Relaxed jobs run at lower priority than full-speed jobs, so the time to finish varies with demand and with how far past the allowance you are. Relaxed jobs are not refused for volume.
  • The allowance refills on its own over time, and jobs return to full speed as it does. Higher plans have a larger allowance and higher queue priority.

Unlimited is for one person making videos by hand through the website. The following pause the relaxed queue for an account, and we will tell you which one we saw:

  • submitting jobs through scripts, bots, browser automation or any other automated means;
  • reselling generation, or the videos, as a service to others;
  • sharing one account between several people.

API access is not part of any unlimited plan. Where use continues after we have paused the relaxed queue, we may suspend the plan or close the account under Enforcement above.

Cancellation

Cancel any time in Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription; no email is needed. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan, its unlimited models and its remaining fast credits keep working until the end of the period you have already paid for. To delete the account itself, use Settings → Security.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy, which includes a 7-day window on a first subscription payment.

Availability

Movoa depends on third-party model providers and infrastructure, and any of them can be slow or unavailable. We do not promise that a particular model will always be offered, that a job will finish within a set time, or that the service will be uninterrupted. When a provider fails a job, the job is marked failed and any fast credits are returned.

Disclaimers and liability

The service and its output are provided "as is" and "as available". AI output can be inaccurate, odd or unlike what you asked for, and we make no warranty that it fits any purpose. To the extent the law allows, Movoa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid Movoa in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover Movoa against claims by third parties that arise from content you uploaded or from how you used videos you generated.

Changes and ending the agreement

We may change the service and these terms. When a change to these terms matters, we update the date at the top and email account holders at least 15 days before it applies; continuing to use Movoa afterwards means you accept it. You can stop using Movoa and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or end the service with reasonable notice.
